1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. (If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.)

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping across the United States.

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $5.99 (Free on orders over $50.00)

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Addresses We ship to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Final

Pursuant to Florida law and due to the strict hygiene standards of our beauty and wellness products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or opened products.

Defective or Incorrect

Items We are legally committed to delivering exactly what you ordered. The only exception to our All Sales Final policy is if your product has a manufacturing defect or if you receive an incorrect item. If this occurs, please contact us at support@mypureglory.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photograph demonstrating the defect. Upon verification, we will promptly send a replacement.

Shipping Damages & Lost Packages

MY PURE GLORY ensures that all products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before leaving our facility. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS), we are not legally liable for items that are damaged, lost, or stolen in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Please be sure to retain all original shipping boxes, packing materials, and take clear photos of the damaged shipping box, as the carrier will require these as proof to process your refund claim.
